Throughout my marketing tenure at Singtel Dash, I engaged in daily copywriting for Electronic Direct Mails, In-App Push Notifications, Internal Articles, In-app Merchant Deals, Website Merchant Deals, Facebook Merchant Deals, and SMS. I also strategized and executed monthly Social Media campaigns for occasions like Valentines Day, March School Holidays, Transit ($0.50) Cashback, Mothers Day, and during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Alongside, I managed cross-departmental tasks and client relations for third-party promotions, including partnerships with Shopee, Ezbuy, Qoo10, and popular Bubble tea chains. To enhance brand engagement, I proposed the implementation of new communication channels such as FB polls, IG Stories, IG/FB posts, and FB status updates. These efforts resulted in a remarkable 50% increase in the follower count, growing from 700+ to 1400+. These achievements reflect my dedication to driving brand growth and fostering meaningful connections with the target audience.
